Full payment is required to confirm your booking and is sent by Interac e-Transfer to the address in your confirmation email. Your appointment is secured once payment is received and confirmed.

Appointments take place at my private studio in Calgary. The full address is shared in your confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

Prefer to get ready at home? Home service is available within Calgary, where I bring the full studio setup to you. Just choose home service when you book, or reach out if you are outside the city and I will let you know what is possible.

Please arrive with a clean, moisturised face and be ready at your start time. Arriving late may shorten your service, since the next booking still begins on time.

Dates can be moved once with at least 24 hours notice, and your payment moves with you. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment are 50 percent refundable. Within 24 hours, payment is non refundable.

Tell me about any allergies or sensitivities when you book so I can plan around them. A patch test is available on request if you would like one before your appointment.
